When you upload a resume, we extract structured information including your skills, education, experience, and location. We use this data solely to match you with relevant job postings.

How We Process Your Data

Your resume is sent to the Anthropic Claude API for AI-powered parsing. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train AI models. Their API data retention policy applies to data processed through their service.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Parsed resume data is automatically deleted from our systems within 24 hours of upload. We do not retain copies of uploaded PDF files.

Who Has Access

Only Groundwork Analytics LLC has access to resume data during the retention period. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not store your original PDF file after parsing.
• We do not use your data for AI model training.
• We do not share your data with employers or third parties.
• We do not track you across websites.
