**About the Company**

In this role, you will propose and lead all the required strategies to implement in order to improve operational assets’ availability and integrity. You must be able to understand technical documents, such as schematics, job instructions, OEM’s manuals, etc. You must also adhere to the statutory codes that apply to your work. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the continued successful completion of assigned tasks with unplanned equipment downtime, and the completion of preventative maintenance.

**Responsibilities**

* To develop strategies and systems to ensure assets’ integrity.
* Leads or participates in Equipment Criticality Assessments, Critical\-Spares Analysis, and RCAs.
* Routinely access and query the CMMS and other equipment databases for data as needed.
* Gathers, manage and analyze engineering and operational assets’ failure data/trends.
* Ensure and report on plant equipment compliance with regulations and internal standards for safe and sustainable operations.
* Provides technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating equipment reliability and design improvement to meet its intended or existing service conditions.
* Ensure repairs, repair techniques, equipment specific training, are documented, made available and ensure standards are met.

**Qualifications**

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering with minimum 2 yrs of equipment maintenance experience.
* Knowledge of PLCs, controls and instrumentation.
* Understanding of 3\-phase 480 volts industrial electrical systems, motors, control circuits, etc.
* Experience with computerized systems such as CMMS or SAP.
* Knowledge of equipment maintenance program, policies/procedures.
* 2\+ years of planning experience.
* Experience in preventative maintenance strategies.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering with minimum 5 yrs of equipment maintenance experience or 6\+ years of experience and 2 years of people management in a manufacturing facility.
* 3\+ years with automation equipment (conveyors, motors, PLCs, IO devices, Pneumatic components, motion control, control panels, etc.).
* 5\+ years of experience with CMMS.
* 5\+ years of Root Cause Analysis experience.
* Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
* Team player and positive attitude and be proactive.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Pay range and compensation package**

Compensation for this role is competitive. The starting rate will be commensurate with candidate experience.
