**We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Hourly Technician to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site on 2****nd** **shift.** **As a Manufacturing Engineer Hourly Technician – Advanced Manufacturing, you’ll work alongside of Manufacturing and Industrial Engineers completing non\-direct labor work such as testing fixtures, building workstations, completing pilot builds, and contributing to the development of standard work.**
**Shift Hours: 1st Shift; 7:30 AM – 3:30 AM**
**Hourly Rate: $25\.00 \- $35\.75 \+ (5% Shift Differential)**
**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
* 6\+ months experience in a manufacturing facility.
* Understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
* Experience in utilizing basic mechanical and electrical tools.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
* Basic digital literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
* Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend the English Language.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Two\-year technical degree
* 1\+ years supporting manufacturing in a technician role
* Experience applying Advanced Manufacturing Six Sigma concepts in a manufacturing environment
* Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD or similar software applications

* Supporting projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory while collaborating with multi\-functional teams to achieve plant goals.
* Developing standards and work instructions while actively participating in and supporting advanced manufacturing activities and training throughout the facility.
* Conducting problem investigations, cause analysis, implementation, and follow\-up.
* Developing and maintaining systems associated with production processes.
* Contributing to the development of manufacturing tools, fixtures, and standards, and the deployment of these systems at large.
* Performs other work as advised by Supervision.
