**Job Summary**

We are seeking a driven, results\-oriented Sales Representative to generate new business and grow existing customer relationships within the manufacturing, industrial, and engineering sectors. This role is ideal for a self\-motivated sales professional who understands B2B sales, thrives on relationship\-building, and is confident selling high\-quality machining and fabrication services.

We are a reliable CNC industrial machine shop with specialty and capabilities in valve automation, industrial repairs and services.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying opportunities, securing new customers, and expanding revenue through repeat and referral business.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Identify, prospect, and secure new customers requiring precision machining, fabrication, or related services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, engineers, purchasing managers, and operations leaders
* Present our Machine Shop’s capabilities, quality standards, and turnaround advantages to prospective clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction for onboarded clients
* Follow up on leads, RFQs, and proposals to close sales
* Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular sales activity updates
* Represent the company professionally at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
* Support long\-term account growth through repeat business and referrals

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

* Proven experience in B2B sales (manufacturing, machining, industrial services, or technical sales preferred)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills
* Self\-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Presents in a professional, polished, and respectful manner, recognizing that the role serves as a direct representative of the Machine Shop. This includes maintaining appropriate professional attire during client interactions, communicating with integrity and clarity, and upholding the company’s reputation for quality, reliability, and excellence always.
* Comfortable working in a **commission\-only environment**
* Ability to understand and communicate technical services (training provided as needed)
* Existing industry contacts are a plus, but not required
* Results\-driven with a hunter mentality

**Compensation Structure**

Please disregard the salary reflected in the compensation section as it was a mandatory field.

We offer a generous commission percentage, based on value of sales made. Specific commission percentages and payment terms will be discussed at the time of interview.

Pay: $15\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour
