**Job Description**

TalentClout is seeking experienced Solids Control Operators for contract positions in East Texas and Louisiana. Compensation is dependent on experience. Candidates will operate and maintain solids control equipment on active oil field drilling sites on a two weeks on, two weeks off rotation. Per diem and mileage reimbursement provided.

**Responsibilities**

* Operate and monitor solids control equipment including shale shakers, decanting centrifuges, mud cleaners, and degassers
* Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and screen changes on all SC equipment
* Monitor drilling fluid properties and report to the mud engineer
* Maintain a clean and safe work area per site safety requirements
* Complete daily activity reports and equipment logs

**Requirements**

* Prior hands\-on experience with solids control oil field equipment required
* Ability to work a 2\-week on / 2\-week off rotational schedule
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job site
* Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Must pass a pre\-employment drug screen and background check

Pay: $20\.00 \- $23\.00 per hour
