Job Description
**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Graduate Engineer to join our geotechnical engineering team. This role offers hands\-on experience in both office and field environments, supporting a variety of geotechnical projects. The successful candidate will assist in analysis, reporting, and coordination of site activities, including managing technicians’ time and tasks across office and site operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of geotechnical investigations and design projects.
* Coordinate and manage technicians’ schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of time between site work and office tasks.
* Supervise field activities such as soil sampling, drilling, and in\-situ testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
* Support data collection, interpretation, and analysis of geotechnical information.
* Prepare technical reports, logs, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
* Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor project progress and report on field and laboratory activities.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.
* Assist in proposal preparation and cost estimation when required.
**Qualifications \& Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of soil mechanics and foundation engineering principles.
* Internship or prior exposure to geotechnical projects (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate field personnel.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel to project sites and work in outdoor conditions as needed.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with geotechnical software is an advantage.
