Axium Power Services is expanding its U.S. footprint, and we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who can do more than just manage timelines.
This is a client\-facing, revenue\-influencing, hands\-on role where you’ll lead technical projects *and* help grow the business. You’ll be trusted to deliver complex electrical and integration projects while identifying opportunities, building relationships, and turning conversations into work.
This is not a desk\-only PM role.
This is a **player\-coach role**.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
**Project Delivery (Execution Matters)**
* Lead electrical and control system projects from kickoff through commissioning and closeout
* Define scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy
* Manage risks, change orders, and client expectations in real time
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and on budget
**Business Development (Growth is Part of the Job)**
* Build and grow client relationships, be the person they call first
* Identify new opportunities during site visits, meetings, and ongoing work
* Support proposals, estimates, and technical solution development
* Turn field conversations into pipeline and revenue
**Field \& Hands\-On Leadership (Stay Close to the Work)**
* Be present onsite for key phases: site walks, execution, commissioning, troubleshooting
* Work alongside technicians and engineers to solve real problems
* Validate scope, identify gaps, and ensure constructability
* Step in when needed, this role requires technical credibility
**Client Leadership (Be the Face of Axium)**
* Lead project meetings, updates, and client communications
* Build trust through responsiveness, expertise, and delivery
* Navigate challenges with a solutions\-first mindset
**Team Leadership (Build Strong Teams)**
* Lead cross\-functional teams across field and engineering
* Mentor junior staff and help develop future leaders
* Drive accountability, collaboration, and performance
**Financial Ownership (Know Your Numbers)**
* Track budgets, costs, and profitability
* Forecast project performance and support billing accuracy
* Make decisions that protect margin and drive value
**What We’re Looking For**
· 5\+ years of experience in electrical, industrial, or power systems project environments
· Strong technical foundation (electrical, controls, or instrumentation)
· Proven ability to manage projects and build client relationships
· Experience in field environments—comfortable onsite and in front of clients
· Ability to operate in a fast\-paced, growth\-focused environment
**Preferred, Not Required**
* NETA certification
* Prior regional or multi\-site operational leadership

Pay: $140,000\.00 \- $185,000\.00 per year
