**Job Summary**
We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. **Duties**
* Lead and supervise construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols such as OSHA standards and best practices.
* Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and milestones.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
* Manage project budgets by estimating costs, monitoring expenditures, and implementing cost\-saving measures through effective budgeting strategies.
* Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring quality control and compliance with contractual obligations and safety regulations.
* Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction management software for document control, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and daily reports.
* Conduct regular site inspections using equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and ensure construction aligns with design specifications.
* Review contracts thoroughly to clarify scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities for all parties involved.
* Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, progress reports, safety records, and quality assurance logs.
* Lead project meetings to communicate progress updates, address issues proactively, and coordinate next steps effectively.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising heavy civil or commercial projects.
* Extensive knowledge of construction site operations including safety standards like OSHA regulations.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Primavera P3 for project scheduling; experience with construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability in managing budgets, contracts, and project estimating processes effectively.
* Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
* Strong leadership skills with previous supervising experience; capable of motivating teams toward successful project delivery.
* Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Technical proficiency with tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing; familiarity with pipeline construction is a plus.
