**Job Description****Must Have Technical/Functional Skills**
Aveva MES, Aveva Work tasks (Skelta BPM), Aveva system platform., WW EI, C\# dotnet, SQL, JavaScript. **Roles \& Responsibilities**
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES Applications along with a system platform.
Ensure MES System security, compliance, and performance are optimized.
Supporting production deployments and patch management.
Coordinating with development or engineering teams for bug fixes.
**Generic Managerial Skills, If any**
Good communication with thought leadership
Good organizing and planning skills
ITIL process knowledge
