Facilities Engineer / Specialist II
**Location**
Midland, TX
**Schedule**
5/2 – Monday–Friday (40 hrs/week, onsite)
**Compensation**
$79/hr

**MAIN FUNCTIONS**
Evaluate and provide feedback on engineering work performed internally and by contractors to ensure compliance with company specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Support execution of engineering and design activities aligned with team objectives while maintaining clear communication across functions.**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Act as Area Engineer supporting a specific plant/operations area
* Partner with Facilities Engineers, Site Contacts, and Lead Engineers across multiple plant areas
* Perform monthly facilities surveillance based on KPI performance
* Provide engineering support for changes, repairs, and modifications to plant equipment
+ Piping
+ Static equipment
+ Rotating equipment
+ Tanks
* Support plant shutdown activities and planning
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s degree required in one of the following:
+ Chemical Engineering
+ Mechanical Engineering
+ Petroleum Engineering
* Minimum **5\+ years Oil \& Gas experience required**
* Strong knowledge of engineering standards, specifications, and safety requirements
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
**Additional Requirements*** **Local candidates only – Midland, TX**
* Field visits required
**Allowances*** Agency\-supplied ½\-ton truck
