#### **Description**


We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for DV8 Energy’s monitoring and industrial IoT technology across Texas and the broader U.S. market. We are focused on customer acquisition and retention. With best\-in\-class solutions for water infrastructure and industrial monitoring, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven and wants to be part of an elite team.

### **Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for Houston, the broader U.S. market, and select international opportunities to drive DV8 Energy’s growth in water and industrial monitoring solutions.
* Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key utilities, water operators, industrial facilities, and service providers that can benefit from DV8’s innovative water technology.
* Lead introductory and discovery meetings to assess client needs and align DV8 offerings with market opportunities in water and industrial monitoring.
* Coordinate and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and technical overviews to prospective and existing clients.
* Collaborate with executive leadership to prepare proposals, pricing models, and commercial terms that maximize value for both clients and DV8\.
* Represent DV8 Energy at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to build brand awareness and industry credibility.
* Manage, nurture, and expand the existing customer base, ensuring long\-term client satisfaction and strategic growth.
### **Skills**

* Demonstrated top\-tier success in technical sales within water infrastructure, industrial monitoring, automation, or similar technology sectors. Deep expertise in process monitoring, IoT analytics, and industrial sensors, combined with a proven ability to clearly communicate advanced DV8 Energy solutions.
### **Qualifications**

* Minimum 3–5 years of demonstrated success in technology, industrial, or business solutions sales, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
* Degree in Business, Engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical) preferred.
* Experience in automation, industrial monitoring, or water sector sales is highly desirable.
* Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and client engagement skills, with a strong focus on delivering a superior customer experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and deliver impactful presentations.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously.
* Self\-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross\-functional teams.
* Marketing, commercial strategy, or business development experience is a plus.
* Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites, industry events, and conferences as needed.
* Based in the Houston area or willing to relocate, with a strong understanding of the U.S. water and industrial monitoring market and global business expansion opportunities.
### **Tech Stack \& Training**

* CRM \& Sales Tools: Salesforce (or equivalent) for pipeline management, client tracking, and reporting.
* Productivity \& Collaboration: Google Workspace.
* Marketing \& Outreach: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, and industry database tools.
* Presentation \& Demo Tools: Google Meet or other virtual meeting platforms; ability to deliver live and recorded product demos.
* Data \& Analytics: Familiarity with sales performance dashboards, reporting tools, and market intelligence platforms is a plus.
