ExxonMobil's state\-of\-the\-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

**What role you will play in our team**

We are seeking an engineer with Lean manufacturing experience to support a rapidly growing manufacturing team producing and designing well completion downhole tools that are utilized in unconventional resources. This engineering role is integral to scale this new manufacturing capability within a short period of time. This position is based in Spring, TX at the ExxonMobil Houston Campus.

**What you will do**
--------------------





* Lead Lean Manufacturing program to define and optimize the manufacturing process
* Identify improvement opportunities through Lean framework, and lead subsequent projects to capture opportunities and deliver new capabilities
* Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams – including engineering, manufacturing, and procurement and supply chain– to expand and scale manufacturing capacity
* Champion Lean culture to fully embed in all teams and work process within the broad organization
* Provide Lean coaching to leadership and employee population

**Skills and Qualifications**



* B.S. in engineering (petroleum, mechanical, chemical or related field)
* Lean Manufacturing experience
* Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and communicate effectively with both manufacturing personnel and management
* Strong analytic and communication skills
* Ability to prioritize across competing project and operations efforts
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
