Operations Engineer – Water Infrastructure \& SWD

We’re seeking an **Operations Engineer** to lead water infrastructure and saltwater disposal (SWD) planning, execution, and optimization across our **East Texas and North Louisiana** operations. This role delivers safe, reliable, and cost‑effective produced‑water solutions aligned with current operations and future development.

What You’ll Do

* Design and optimize water pipelines, treatment systems, and handling facilities
* Plan and execute SWD and water infrastructure projects from concept to commissioning
* Prepare AFEs, cost estimates, schedules, and capital budgets
* Oversee construction, contractors, and vendors
* Monitor facility and SWD well performance; drive LOE reduction initiatives
* Partner with Production, Development, Facilities, Operations, and Land teams
* Support permitting, ROW, and regulatory compliance (TX, LA, WY)
* Champion safety and environmental stewardship

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering
* 5\+ years of oil \& gas or related infrastructure experience
* Experience with water infrastructure, pipelines, or facilities engineering
* Proficiency with CAD/GIS and engineering modeling tools
* Strong project management and cross‑functional communication skills
* Familiarity with SCADA and water treatment systems

**Preferred:** PE, PMP, regional field experience, SWD drilling/completions, disposal formation knowledge.
