The Plant Engineer supports the operations of 5 production units at the TI Blvd gas plant producing nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and hydrogen to ensure safe, reliable, high quality, and efficient supply of product to the customer.
* Support the operations of 5 production units at the TI Blvd Gas Plant producing nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and hydrogen to ensure safe, reliable, high quality, and efficient supply of product to the customer
* Support the operations of 3 other sites in the Central Zone with engineering support ranging including MOC creation, small project management, and action item completion.
* Provide visible HSE leadership to site technicians and actively champion the Life Critical system. Works to achieve “Zero Accidents”
* Meet or exceed company safety standards including the fundamental safety rules
* Perform process troubleshooting. Identify and recommend process changes and plant projects to improve plant HSE, reliability and efficiency
* Own Key Operating Documents. Maintain updated red\-lines at all times. Display detailed understanding of content and significance of each document
* Ensure GT's are understood and followed by the plant staff
* Ensure operating procedures are followed and updated as needed
* Partner with the Reliability Center to execute predictive and preventive maintenance to eliminate catastrophic failures and unplanned maintenance
* Partner with the Reliability Team and TI Blvd Team to execute planned maintenance and unexpected events.
* Manages, schedules, and executes all aspects of site turnarounds.
* Set and maintain high housekeeping standards to exemplify and improve the Air Liquide 5S image.
* Complete assigned action items from audits
* Approve critical work permit
