We are looking for a highly motivated individual preferably fresh graduates to join our company. He/She will work under the direct supervision of a more experienced engineer, provide support and the regular progress reports to their supervisors, make calculations and prepare plans for projects, and oversee progress and issues that arise during the project lifecycle. You can see and work with your design. You don't just design and never work with the product, you will be involved with the machine workers.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
* Power distribution and Solar Energy focus
* Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications.
* Assist with the preparation and review of reports and proposals
* Checks system and components’ capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.
* Improve electrical products manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
* Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from operators.
* Ensure product quality by designing electrical testing methods
* Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
* Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
* Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
* Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
* Maintains product data base by writing computer programs; entering data.
* Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
* Strong understanding of electrical machines and power systems theory
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong computer skills. Power systems analysis software will be considered an asset
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
