Role and Responsibilities
Work as part of the OCD/Integrated Metrology team to provide critical measurements for device performance and quality. Focus on engineering analysis, 3D FinFET OCD modeling, troubleshooting/resolving issues daily in a factory environment, providing strong customer service to internal and external customers, decision making, daily tool health and monitoring, automating routine tasks, improving BKMs (best known methods) and recipe setup for new \& old devices. Utilize his knowledge to understand and monitor tool health within the OCD/Integrated Metrology team. Troubleshoot daily customer (UP/PIE) issues and provide reports with detail analysis. Develop setup for new devices using the Metrology Guide and auditing to ensure matching process flow, including Engineering Recipe Setup process and troubleshooting measurement issues. Complete troubleshooting automation, data collection, and lot track\-out issues to improve best\-known methods. Conduct tool\-to\-tool matching activity and execution of experiments for new metrology recipes by running Gauge R\& R study. Work with multiple metrology engineers on multiple cross projects. Analyze SPC failure and ALPS Release. Provides guidance to other personnel regarding Design of Experience and data analytics to ensure best solutions are achieved. Conduct modeling for OCD Metrology (Optical Critical Dimensions and Thin Film modeling). Develop new machine learning models using device electrical test data or reference cross\-section data to predict device performance at a much early stage which helps to catch process issues much sooner and helps troubleshooting. Primary representative for technologies transferred from mother Fabs in South Korea for OCD, Integrated Metrology and AFM. As part of voice of customer, perform spectroscopic analysis for questionable data to help monitor integration of the process and help find the root cause of defects.
