* Conduct routine well and field performance evaluations, including rate‑transient analysis, decline curve analysis (Arps and other models), and material balance
* Identify underperforming wells and recommend optimization strategies (workovers, refracs, stimulation, artificial lift changes, etc.).
* Monitor reservoir pressure, fluid behavior, and production trends to diagnose constraints.
* Build and maintain production forecasts for development planning and budgeting.
* Prepare reserves documentation and contribute to year‑end reserves processes (internal and third‑party).
* Generate well\-spacing, development phasing, and completion design recommendations using engineering and geologic inputs.
* Evaluate field development scenarios using decline forecasts, reservoir simulation, analog analysis, or probabilistic tools.
* Participate in capital planning and portfolio prioritization.
* Collaborate with geologists, geophysicists, and operations teams to create integrated reservoir models.
* Contribute engineering perspectives to cross‑disciplinary teams on reservoir characterization, well design, and development strategy.
* Work with planning and finance teams to evaluate project economics using production forecasts and cost data.
* Assess opportunities such as infill drilling, recompletions, refracs, and enhanced recovery.
* Proficiency in decline curve analysis, rate‑transient analysis, and reservoir simulation workflows.
* Strong data‑handling skills and ability to work with large production datasets.
