Pratt \& Whitney is seeking a **Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Senior Enginee**r to be a part of the Mechanical Systems and Externals Engineering (MSEN) department in support of our Engineering support team at the US Air Force Depot at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK. This team is responsible for all Mechanical Systems and Externals hardware for the F135, F119, F100, TF33 and J52 programs. The primary function of the MRO Engineer (MRO\-E) is to be an on\-site engineering liaison representing Pratt \& Whitney in front of our US Air Force customer.
**What You Will Do:**
* Support hardware recovery efforts through review/disposition, limits expansions, deviation requests, and pursuit of repair solutions.
* Support Component Improvement Program (CIP) tasks.
* Present data, analysis, and solutions to varied audiences including senior leadership and customer representatives.
* Act as the primary interface onsite for the Component Integrated Product Teams (CIPT's), Site Leadership, and Onsite Customers, as well as provide mentoring and guidance to assist in developing the onsite team.
* Travel Requirement: 10% (Domestic/International).
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
* A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of experience in engineering, or an Advanced degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in engineering.
* U.S. Citizen \- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
* Knowledge of gas turbine engines.
* Experience with Engine hardware support, such as Engineering Change Process, Production, and fielded hardware disposition, Limit expansion task, and analysis.
* Knowledge of all required engineering analytical tools and documentation sources.
* Ability to operate across a wide range of disciplines and management levels with both internal and external customers.

* **Mechanical Systems and Externals Engineering (MSEN****):** The Mechanical Systems, Externals, and Nacelles Engineering organization is responsible for the design, development, and in\-service support of power transmission systems, bearing compartment and rotor support design and analysis, oil and thermal management systems, engine externals packaging and architecture, as well as nacelles for commercial and military engine models. Technical disciplines include Project Engineering, Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis, Product Definition, System Modeling, Mechanical Design analysis for bearings, gears, and seals, and fluid\-thermal modeling of associated components and systems.
* **The Oklahoma City Campus (OCC**): OCC is responsible for engineering activities for hardware throughout the aircraft engine, including Compression Systems (Fan, Low Pressure Compressor, High Pressure Compressor), Hot Section (Combustor, High Pressure Turbine, Low Pressure Turbine and Exhaust) and Mechanical System modules across all Pratt \& Whitney's military products. OCC is located near the Tinker Air Force Base and tasks will be linked to the inspected hardware from military engines. This opportunity is specific to join our Mechanical Systems and External MRO\-E team.
