You’ll represent the Pioneer brand with professionalism, strong communication, and top-notch workmanship. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and troubleshoot plumbing systems, water heaters, fixtures, and piping Diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions Communicate clearly with customers about work being done Maintain clean, organized tools and vehicles Accurately document and report work completed Follow safety protocols and company standards Collaborate with teammates to ensure quality and timely job completion Stay current with plumbing codes and industry best practices What You’ll Need Age 24+ Valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (including cannabis – safety-sensitive position) 2+ years in plumbing experience ServiceTitan experience a plus but not required  Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment   PAY: Training Pay: $18+/hour depending on experience After Training: Performance Based Pay (Commission Based) Annual Earning Potential: $50,000- $120,000+   Join a Team That Invests in You At Pioneer Plumbing , you're more than just a technician you're a valued member of a team committed to doing things right.
